These programs offer a wide range of services aimed at promoting the mental health and well-being of employees, as well as supporting their overall productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. Note: services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

NOTE: You are responsible for notifying us if you have secondary insurance. If you’ve had one and no longer have it, you are responsible for calling the insurance company and having them delete it out of the system.
